These Terms of Service outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations when you work with IpaintPainting. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

IpaintPainting provides residential and commercial painting services, and related preparation and finishing services. All work will be completed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting.
• Final pricing may change if project details, scope, or conditions change.
• Any changes requested by the customer after work begins may result in additional charges.
• Written approval may be required for changes or additions.

3. Scheduling

• Appointment dates are scheduled based on availability.
• Weather conditions, supply availability, or unforeseen issues may require rescheduling.
• Customers agree to provide timely access to the job site, including areas that require painting.

4. Deposits and Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
• Remaining payments must be made upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card, e-transfer, or other approved methods.
• Late or unpaid invoices may be subject to fees or collection processes.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:
• Provide safe access to the job site
• Remove or cover personal items, furniture, and valuables unless otherwise arranged
• Ensure pets and children are kept away from work areas
• Notify the team of any concerns regarding surfaces, materials, or pre-existing damage

IpaintPainting is not responsible for damage to items left uncovered by the customer.

6. Project Conditions

• All work areas must be free of hazards, debris, and obstructions.
• If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, the project may be delayed.
• Additional charges may apply if extra preparation, surface repair, or cleaning is required.

7. Warranty

• IpaintPainting may provide a workmanship warranty for certain projects.
• Warranty details vary by project and will be provided in writing.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, moisture issues, structural problems, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Cancellations

• Customers may cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice.
• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials were purchased or work has already begun.
• IpaintPainting reserves the right to cancel a project due to unsafe conditions, unpaid invoices, or other valid reasons.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:
• Copy or misuse site content
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Disrupt or interfere with website functionality
• Use forms or contact tools for spam or unauthorized marketing

10. Limitation of Liability

IpaintPainting is not liable for:
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or unforeseen conditions
• Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or customer negligence

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

12. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS alerts or reminders:

• Standard carrier message rates may apply
